How Do Pre-Payment Plans Work?

We understand considering the future after we have pass can be one of the hardest things to face - not so much in light of our own passing, but how this will effect the people we leave behind.

Similar to how a funeral plan is put in place to remove the emotional and financial burden from your loved ones, Chase and District now offer pre-need burial and cremation plots as another means of protecting your loved ones once you have passed. This is because burial plots are not fully covered under most standard funeral care plans.
By allowing you to pre-purchase your plot we can help to ensure everything is taken care of for when the time comes.
Step 1. Meeting the Chase and District team.
If you are thinking about purchasing your final resting place pre-need then we will be happy to answer any questions and provide you with any information you need to make your decision. We recommend anyone considering purchasing a pre-need resting place comes and meets with a member of the Chase and District team to view the site and facilities first hand and also discuss the different options available. This will allow you to make sure this is the right decision for you.
Step 2. Finalising the details.
If after meeting with the team and viewing the site you decide you would like to commit to your pre-need burial or cremation plot, the next step will be decide the details of your burial. This could include your choice of headstone, plot positioning (with couple or family plot sections), if you would like a memorial tree or bench and so forth. All of these factors will contribute towards determining the overall cost of your plot.

Step 3. Selecting a Payment Plan that suits you.

Once you are happy with the details of your burial arrangement and the total cost over the full term, the final stage is deciding how you would like you pay for your pre-need burial plot. You can either pay for this in full at the time of reservation or you are welcome to take advantage of our interest free payment plan, which allows you to spread the cost over a term between 12 and 36 months.

If you chose this option an initial deposit of £250.00 will be required at the time of making your reservation. The remaining amount can be spread over your choice of term with 0% interest. Examples are as follows:
